Directions & Notes (click to open/close)
- Start by typing your first and last name. Remember to capitalize each, as they are proper nouns. Click/tap “Join”.
- Follow the prompts given to you. If you do not understand directions or words, simply ask the program to explain to you what you do not understand.Ā
- You can have the text read to you by scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the āSpeakā button (you may need to wait a few seconds for the audio to generate).Ā
- If you would like to dictate (speech to text) your answer:
- Go to the āsend a messageā box
- Click on the mic icon to the right.
- You will see a white dotted line form in the message box. When you speak, it should enlarge the size of the dots. If the dots do not change size, the mic is not getting your audio and some computer settings may need to be adjusted.
- When you are done speaking, click the blue button with the white check mark –Ā
- You should then see your response generated into text.
- Click the blue button with the white arrow to submit your response.
